Club 120 was created in the 120th year of the non-profit organization Oak Crest Residence Association, founded by George and Mary Lord of Lords Park fame. Also a gift to the city of Elgin, George’s Stage and Mary’s Assembly Hall are named in homage to that foresighted couple. The Family Kitchen is part of our organization’s goal to provide everything a person could possibly need or want in life, hence The Cellar Pub.

Some say when entering the Pub that it reminds them of the famed, now-defunct Anvil Club. We hope so. The resemblance is not an accident! That revered private club was a destination for decades, depended on to deliver remarkable service and dining options, always accommodating and always serving as the backdrop for the perfect celebration. We are honored to be copycats.

The Cellar Pub

Authentic and original, our Cellar Pub transports you to good times. Introducing Elgin’s hidden gem for unforgettable gatherings, this transformable large space seats 100, perfect for meetings, organizational gatherings, after 5 events, and any reason to gather with friends.

The expansive Pub with its whimsical decor and multi level seating includes the bar, tables, and booths, all reminiscent of times gone by highlight the unique setting.

Two large screen tv’s allow you to keep up with your favorite team or program, a regulation pool table invites spurs a challenge with groups of all sizes.

Weeping mortar brick and custom wrought iron touches envelope a hearth and fireplace with a large sofa and overstuffed chair nearby perfect for cuddling by the fire on chilly evenings.

Have a family reunion, and get the kids to provide the entertainment!
